Product questions. Not sure whether the CORE 500 will run on your inverter or solar setup? Tell us your inverter size (for example 1.5kVA or 3.5kVA) and what you iron most, and we will confirm compatibility and recommend the right setup. Order and delivery support. If you have placed an order, include your order reference (it starts with sps_) so we can locate it quickly. We deliver Nigeria-wide; orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then Lagos deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 business days and other states in 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated by state and shown before you pay. Customers outside Nigeria can order via WhatsApp and we will arrange international delivery.

Returns and warranty claims. Every CORE 500 carries a 12-month limited warranty and a 7-day returns window. For a claim, send us your order reference, a short description of the fault and, where possible, a photo or video — we will respond with next steps within one business day. Bulk orders and distribution. Retailers, tailoring schools, solar installers and corporate gifting buyers can request bulk pricing here or through our distributor programme. Tell us your expected monthly volume and location and our partnerships team will get in touch.
