Real reviews. Real homes.
We only publish verified customer feedback — no paid reviews, no placeholders. What you read here came from a real order.
Verified product reviews
No reviews yet — the CORE 500 has just launched, and we only publish real, verified customer reviews. Yours could be the first.

Customer stories
Longer stories from tailors, solar homes and small businesses — the before-and-after of switching to low-watt pressing.
Customer stories are collected with permission from real SunPress owners — tailors, families and businesses. If the CORE 500 changed how you work or live, tell us your story on WhatsApp and we may feature it here.
How we verify every review.
A lot of online stores fill their review sections with invented names and five-star ratings before a single order has shipped. We decided to do the opposite. Every review published on this page is matched to a real SunPress Solar order — we check the order reference, confirm delivery, and only then publish the customer's words exactly as they wrote them. If a section looks empty today, it's because we'd rather show you nothing than show you fiction.
What we verify: the reviewer bought a CORE 500 Dry Iron or MistPro Spray Bottle through our store or an authorised distributor; the product was delivered; and the review reflects their own experience after real use — pressing ankara before church, finishing a client's agbada, or ironing school uniforms on inverter power during an outage. Photos are optional but encouraged, and we never edit a customer's rating.
What we never do: pay for reviews, swap products for stars, delete honest criticism, or publish feedback we can't trace to an order. Negative feedback goes to the same place as positive feedback — this page — along with what we did to fix it. That's also why our 12-month limited warranty and 7-day return policy are written in plain language: confidence is easier when the safety net is clear.
Own a CORE 500 or MistPro? Your honest rating — good or bad — helps the next solar or inverter home decide. Send it via WhatsApp with your order reference and we'll take care of the rest.
