These terms govern your use of the SunPress Solar website and your purchases from us. SunPress Solar is a brand of Bandoh Prime Global Ltd (RC: 9364674), Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We design and sell low-watt appliances engineered for solar and inverter homes. Product descriptions, specifications and images on the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but minor variations may occur between batches.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable VAT.
- Delivery fees are calculated separately and shown before you confirm the order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order with an obvious pricing error or where we cannot verify payment. In such cases your payment will be refunded in full.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed by Paystack. You may also place an order via WhatsApp. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
4. Delivery, returns & warranty
Delivery is governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, and product faults by our 12-Month Limited Warranty. All are incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or compromise the site;
- resell SunPress products without authorisation (see our distributor programme);
- submit false or fraudulent information at checkout or in our forms.
6. Intellectual property
The SunPress Solar brand, logos, the CORE 500 product name and all site content are owned by Bandoh Prime Global Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunPress Solar's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profit, loss of data) where these arise outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
