This policy explains how SunPress Solar delivers the CORE 500 and related products. It applies to orders placed directly with SunPress Solar, a brand of Bandoh Prime Global Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Nigeria. If your location is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery to you.
2. Order processing
Orders are confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Lagos: 2–4 business days
- Other states: 3–7 business days
These are estimates and may vary with your location, the courier, and conditions outside our control.
4. Delivery fees
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery state, and is always shown before you confirm and pay:
- Lagos: ₦2,500
- All other states: ₦4,500
Ordering from outside Nigeria? Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange international delivery and quote the cost up front.
5. Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, we share the details once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
6. Receiving your order
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or no one being available to receive the item. Re-delivery may attract an additional fee.
7. Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your package on delivery. If it arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
