CORE 500 Dry Iron

The CORE 500 exists because ordinary irons fight your power setup. A conventional dry iron pulls 1,500–2,400W — the single heaviest load in most Nigerian homes. On the grid that's just a big bill; on an inverter it means tripped breakers, dimming lights and batteries drained in minutes. The CORE 500 does the same daily pressing job at just 500W — roughly a quarter of the load — so a standard 1.5kVA inverter or modest solar array can carry it comfortably alongside your fans, TV and lights.

Low wattage doesn't mean low performance. The ceramic non-stick soleplate glides over ankara, lace, cotton, and denim without snagging or scorching, and the adjustable thermostat lets you dial in the right heat for each fabric. The 750g body is light enough for a full morning of pressing, and the 1.5m cord reaches comfortably across an ironing table. Every unit is hand-assembled and passes a 12-station electrical and heat-cycle test before it ships — you can watch the process on our Inside the Factory page.

It's built for the way Nigerians actually live and work: families ironing school uniforms and office wear through outages, tailors finishing clients' garments on backup power, laundry businesses cutting their energy costs, and students pressing in hostels where every watt counts. Pair it with the MistPro Spray Bottle for even dampening before the press — the complete low-watt pressing system.

Every CORE 500 ships Nigeria-wide with a 12-month limited warranty and a 7-day return window. Pay securely online with Paystack (card, transfer, USSD) or order directly on WhatsApp — shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
