When you order a product, contact us, or apply to become a distributor we collect:
- your name, email address, phone number and delivery address;
- order details (items, quantity, total) and payment confirmation reference;
- messages you send via WhatsApp, email, or our website forms; and
- basic technical information your browser shares (device type, pages viewed).
Card details are never seen or stored by SunPress Solar — they are captured directly by our payment processor (Paystack) on their secure checkout.
2. How we use your information
- To fulfil and deliver your order, and to honour your warranty.
- To respond to inquiries and after-sales support requests.
- To evaluate distributor and retailer applications.
- To improve our products, website and customer experience.
- To comply with Nigerian law (e.g. tax, anti-fraud).
3. Sharing your information
We share information only with the parties needed to run our business:
- Paystack — to process card and bank-transfer payments securely.
- Couriers / delivery partners — to deliver your order.
- Cloud and email providers we use to run our systems.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for marketing by third parties.
4. Data retention
We keep order and accounting records for the period required by Nigerian tax and consumer law. You may request deletion of marketing data at any time by emailing info@sunpresssolar.com.
5. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Send requests to info@sunpresssolar.com — we respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and protect your account.
