At SunPress Solar we want you fully satisfied with your CORE 500. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made directly from SunPress Solar, a brand of Bandoh Prime Global Ltd. Product faults after the return window are handled by our separate 12-Month Limited Warranty.
1. Your 7-day return window
If you change your mind, you may return an unused CORE 500 within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:
- in its original packaging with all accessories, the user manual and warranty card, and
- unused and in resalable condition.
Return delivery costs are paid by the customer, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
2. Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
3. Product faults — 12-month limited warranty
Faults that appear after the 7-day return window are covered by our 12-Month Limited Warranty against verified manufacturing defects. That page explains exactly what's covered, what's not, and the step-by-step claim process.
4. How to request a return or refund
Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos for any faulty or damaged item. We respond within 1–2 business days and will confirm the next steps.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
6. Non-returnable situations
We cannot accept returns where the item shows signs of use or misuse, is missing parts or packaging, or is requested after the 7-day window — except for valid claims under the 12-Month Limited Warranty.
